We are located at 330, Sector-14, Pocket -1 in Dwarka. This is in New Delhi, 110075. Aegis Bpo Services operates out of this unit. Dwarka is a very organized part of the city, and Sector 14 is one of the busy spots because of the metro and the markets nearby. Our office in Pocket 1 is easy to get to. It’s a standard building where several other offices are also located. We have unit 330. It’s filled with computers and people on headsets most of the time. That is the nature of the BPO work we do. We don't have anything fancy to show off. It’s just a place where we work hard. The shifts can be long, so there is always someone in the office. We have a small area for tea and breaks. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while now and we like the area. It has everything we need close by. There’s no big corporate talk here. We just focus on answering calls and helping people out. It’s a straightforward job and we do it from this corner of Sector 14. Every day is a bit different depending on the calls, but the office remains the same familiar place for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the queues. It’s a very busy life but we are used to it by now.
