Aegis Bpo Services Ltd is tucked away on the third floor of building C 425 in Kotla Mubarakpur. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy spot in Nanak Chand Basti, right along Lajpat Ray Gali. Getting up to the third floor every day is a bit of a climb, but that’s where we are. New Delhi 110003 is a packed neighborhood, and our office reflects that energy. It’s not a huge corporate park. It’s more of a local setup where we handle BPO tasks and customer service stuff. There are usually a lot of people talking on headsets and the sound of keyboards clicking all day long. The streets outside are always full of people and small shops, so there is never a dull moment. We have been operating from this Lajpat Ray Gali location for some time now. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the calls and the data we have to process. The stairs can be a bit narrow, and the parking around here is always a headache, but we like being in the heart of the city. It feels real. We are just a bunch of people doing our jobs in a busy part of Delhi.
