Adroit

We are based on the ground floor of W-22 in Uppal’S Southend. This is right off Sohna Road in Gurgaon. It is a pretty well-known area and it stays busy with cars and people all through the day. Our office is easy to get to since we are on the ground level. We don't have to worry about elevators which is nice. The space inside is functional and we have it set up for our team to work comfortably. We have been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of Sohna Road. There are always new shops opening up and the traffic can be a bit of a mess during peak hours but we manage. We spend our time working on projects and talking to folks who stop by. It’s a very practical environment without any unnecessary extras. We keep a water cooler in the corner and some basic furniture for meetings. It feels like a local business because that’s exactly what it is. We know the security guards and the people in the nearby offices. Sometimes we go out for a quick tea at the stall around the corner. It’s just a normal way to spend the workday. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day.
