Administration Executive

We spend most of our time at the office on the second floor in Dr. Mukherjee Nagar. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is always packed with people and students everywhere. It is a busy place to work. Our desk is usually covered in folders and different papers that need sorting. We deal with the day-to-day things that keep an office running. It is not always exciting, but it is necessary work. Most of us have been here for a while and we have a rhythm now. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit much in the summer heat, but we get on with it. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The building is right in the middle of the action here. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage the files and keep things organized. Usually, we are just focusing on the next task on the list. Some days are quieter than others when we can finally catch up on the backlogs. We try to keep things simple and just do what needs doing for the day. Living and working in North Delhi means dealing with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. It is just a normal group of people working together in a standard office setup. We also make sure to keep the files updated every week.
