We've been working out of Carlton Estate in DLF Phase V for a while now. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, but our office stays pretty quiet because of the kind of work we do here. Actuaries Panorama isn't some huge glass tower corporation; we’re just a small group of people dealing with numbers and data all day. Most of the time, the desks are covered in spreadsheets and notes. It gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but that's just how it goes. The office is in C4 B 023, which can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the estate layout. We usually tell people to just look for the Fourth phase landmarks. It’s not fancy. There’s a coffee machine that works most of the time, and we spend a lot of our hours just sitting in front of screens. We handle risk and calculations, but we try to talk like normal people when clients come by. Being in Haryana means we get all the typical weather, from the heat to the dusty winds. We just keep our heads down and get the math done. Sometimes we stay late when the deadlines get tight. It’s just us doing what we know. Nothing too special or flashy about it. We just make sure the numbers add up at the end of the day and keep the paperwork moving along.
