Ace Travel & Tours

Ace Travel & Tours is based at C-1709 in the Ansals Palam Vihar area of Gurgaon. It’s a nice, established neighborhood. Our office is a simple space where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. We aren't a big agency with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who have a lot of experience in the industry. The office is full of old maps and travel guides. We’ve got a couple of desks that are usually covered in notes and tickets. It’s not a very modern place. We have some old chairs and a clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from Palam Vihar. They know us and trust us to get their holidays sorted. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big slogans. We just talk to people and find out what they need. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but usually, it’s quite calm. We enjoy the work because we get to hear about all the places people want to visit. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, but it’s a comfortable place for us to work. We just aim to do a solid job every day. It’s a small, local business and we like keeping it that way. We’ve been in this same spot for years now.
