Our kitchen and office for Abn Cateres Pvt Ltd is located at Rzg-288 in Raj Nagar-2. That’s over in the Palam Colony area of New Delhi. Even though we do a lot of work for Gurgaon, this is where we are actually based. It’s a busy part of town. There is always the smell of food and spices in the air because, well, that’s what we do. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the streets here sometimes, especially when the markets are open. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the cooking and the planning. We have a lot of big pots and busy people moving around. It’s not a quiet office job. We are usually on our feet. We’ve been in Raj Nagar-2 for a while now and the locals know our vans. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come in, you'll probably just see someone checking a list or loading a van. It’s honest work. We have a team that’s been together through some very long shifts. We just try to get the food where it needs to go on time. It gets hot in the kitchen, but nobody complains much. It’s just how the catering business goes. We’re just a local crew doing our thing every day. We usually sit down for a quick meal together before the evening rush starts. It’s just life at Palam Colony.
