You can find us at Rakesh Kataria’s place in 12 Biswa, right near Bari Chopal in VPO Gurgaon. This isn't the high-rise part of Gurgaon with the glass buildings and malls. This is the older, more grounded part of the area. We do maintenance and engineering services, which basically means we fix things when they break and try to keep them from breaking in the first place. Our office is right in the village, so there’s always something going on outside, whether it’s people chatting near the chopal or kids running around. We don’t have a fancy reception or a shiny sign. It’s just a place where we keep our tools and our records. Most of our work is done out at different sites, but this is our home base. Rakesh has been here for years, and most people in the area know where to find us if they have a problem. We handle all sorts of repairs and technical stuff, and it can be pretty greasy and loud work sometimes. We don't talk in big professional terms; we just tell you what’s wrong and how we’re going to fix it.
