Vital Computers

Vital Computers is at Shop Number 44 in Symbol Chowk, Gurudaspur. We are located right near the Uko Bank, so it is a very easy landmark to give people. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with computer parts, torn boxes, and tools lying everywhere on the workbenches. We do not have a polished showroom because we spend most of our time actually fixing things or putting systems together. Symbol Chowk is a very busy part of Gurudaspur, and there is always noise from the traffic and people outside. We have been in this shop for several years now. It is a small space, but we make it work for us. We are not a big chain store with staff in uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. People bring their laptops and desktops to us when they have problems. We are not always the fastest because some repairs take time, but we do what we can. Sometimes we have to order parts and wait for them to arrive, which can be annoying for everyone. Most of our customers are locals who live or work around the chowk. We do not use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell you what is wrong with your machine and how we might be able to fix it. It is a simple, practical business that keeps us busy every day.
