The Radison Blue

Our place, The Radison Blue, sits right on the Amritsar Pathankot Highway in Dina Nagar. We are easy to spot because we are right near the Allahabad Bank. Being on a main highway means we see a lot of different people every single day. Some are just passing through on long drives, and others live right here in Gurdaspur. The building has been here for a bit, and we try our best to keep everything tidy for whoever stops by. It gets quite busy during the weekends when families are traveling. We do not have any big corporate teams running things; it is just us here making sure the rooms are ready and the food is coming out of the kitchen. Sometimes the electricity goes out or things get a bit chaotic when a big group arrives without calling, but we manage to handle it. The highway noise is something you get used to after a while. We are not trying to be the fanciest place in Punjab, just a reliable spot where a traveler can rest their legs for a night. You can see the trucks rolling past at all hours of the evening. We spend a lot of time cleaning and checking on things around the property. It is a lot of work to keep a place like this going on such a busy road, but we stay busy and that is a good thing. We are just local people working here every day.
