Our business is located out in Village Kangar which falls under the Chakkar post office. It’s a small village and everyone around here knows where we are. We work with the local farming community providing seeds and other things they might need for their land. It’s a quiet place most of the time except during the planting season when everyone is in a hurry. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of registers. We don't use computers for everything because sometimes the power goes out for half the day anyway. We write things down in big ledgers like we’ve always done. The yard outside is usually filled with tractors or carts waiting to be loaded. We spend a lot of time talking to the elders in the village about the soil and the rain. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and often have tea with whoever drops by to ask a question. Sometimes the goats from the neighbor's field wander into our yard and we have to shoo them out before they get into the bags. It’s just how things are in Kangar. We don’t have a website or a fancy logo. We just have our name on a board outside and people find us. We’ve been here for years and the pace of life is slow but we keep busy enough to stay out of trouble.
