Field Engineer

This business is run by Jagdeep Singh, son of Manjit Singh. We are located in the village of Riali Kalan, which is in the Batala tehsil of Gurdaspur district in Punjab. It is a quiet place out here, far from the big city noise and the heavy traffic you find elsewhere. We work as a Field Engineer, which means we spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across the region to get things fixed. But Riali Kalan is where the roots are and where we start every day. Our office is just a simple room in the village where we keep our papers and the tools we need for the job. Life moves at a different pace here in Punjab. We know everyone in the village by name, and they know us too. There is no need for big advertisements or fancy signs on the walls. People just know who to call when they need an engineer out in the field. We take pride in the fact that we handle everything ourselves from start to finish. From the initial planning to the actual manual work on-site, it’s all done right here by us. The air is fresh, and the green fields are all around our workspace. It’s a good environment to think and work without being rushed. Sometimes we have to drive quite a distance for a job, but coming back to Riali Kalan at the end of the day is always the best part. We don't have a big company culture or any of those corporate things. It is just about doing the work.
