We are Dala Land Promoter & Builders Private Limited. Our office is over on Jail Road in Arya Nagar, Gurdaspur. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities, and we like it that way. We have been working in Gurdaspur for quite some time now. The office is just a simple place where we manage land deals and our construction work. There isn't anything flashy or modern about it. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of maps of the local area hanging up. Most of the people around here know who we are. We aren't a big chain from the city. We are local people who understand how land and building work in this part of Punjab. Our days are filled with meeting people, looking at plots, and making sure the construction crews have everything they need. Sometimes things go slow, and sometimes it's a mad rush. That's just how the building business goes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to be honest about what we can do for people. If you walk down Jail Road, you’ll see our sign out front. We are usually in there from early morning until late afternoon. It’s a steady life and we are proud to be part of the Arya Nagar neighborhood. We just keep building and moving forward, one project at a time. It's a lot of work but we like being here.
