We are over in Adayar, right on Vth Street. It is a bit confusing because the house numbers changed a while back, so we are at New Number 23, which used to be Number 12 in the old records. Most people around Padnabah Nagar just know the building anyway. It’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part. We spend our days dealing with various property matters, mostly paperwork and talking to folks who come by the office. There are just a few of us here. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we get through the day. We have been in this part of Chennai for quite some time now. You see a lot of the same faces walking past the window every morning. It’s a nice neighborhood to work in, even when the traffic gets a bit heavy in the evenings. We handle things as they come. There is always someone here during the day if you need to drop off documents or just want to ask about a specific plot. We don't really do the big corporate thing, we just prefer to keep it simple and get the work done. The street gets some shade from the trees which helps when it’s really hot out. That’s pretty much us, just a local office trying to keep things organized for the people we work with.
