We are based here in Gurdaspur, specifically on the second floor near Dera Chowk. It’s on Batala Road. Mostly, people come to us when they need to figure out medical treatments elsewhere. It can be a lot of paperwork and travel planning, so we handle that. My desk is usually covered in forms. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. G.T. Road is right nearby, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. It’s not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we work through the details of getting patients to the right doctors. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it is quiet and we just focus on the files. We deal with hospitals and travel arrangements. It is a lot of back and forth with emails and calls. Aab Medical Tourism is the name on the door, but we are just a small team of locals. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and desks. We try to keep things moving so folks can get their health issues sorted. If you are walking down Batala Road toward the GT road, you’ll see the block. It’s a busy part of town. We stay busy too. Just regular people helping other regular people navigate the medical system. That’s pretty much it. Nothing more to it than helping out with the logistics of being sick and needing to travel.
