Welpac Spices Private Limited

We’ve been over here in Guntur on Vidya Nagar 3rd line for a while now. Most people around here know where we are, right near the corner by the 4-5-15/4 door number. It gets pretty busy during the harvest season when the trucks start rolling in with loads of raw chillies and other stuff. You can usually smell what we’re doing long before you actually see the building. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend our days checking the piles, making sure everything is dry enough and looking for any bits that shouldn’t be there. The air is always a bit spicy, so if you aren’t used to it, you’ll probably start sneezing the moment you walk through the door. We aren't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us in our work gear, dealing with bags and machinery that needs regular fixing. Some days the power goes out or the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep at it. We try to keep things moving so the orders get packed up. It's just a regular local spot where we focus on getting the spices sorted and sent out to wherever they need to go next. Most of us have been working in this part of town for years, so we’re pretty used to the heat and the noise of the grinders going all day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, but that's just part of the job.
