Venkatwswara Rao Ande

I’m Venkatwswara Rao Ande. I’ve been set up here in Guntur for a long time, specifically around the Guntur H O area, 522002. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps me on my toes. I don’t have a big team or anything like that, just me and some basic help when it’s needed. My day-to-day is pretty straightforward. I come in, open up, and get to work on whatever is pending from the day before. The building is older, but it serves its purpose just fine. I think a lot of people expect businesses to have these polished websites and brochures, but I’ve always preferred just talking to folks directly. Guntur is a warm place, both the weather and the people, so we deal with things as they come. I try to keep my workspace functional. There are stacks of files and things I need to get through, and sometimes the phone rings more than I’d like, but that’s just how it goes. I’ve lived in this neighborhood long enough to see a lot of changes, yet my routine stays mostly the same. I don't follow any strict corporate rules or anything. I just try to be fair and get the work finished by the time the sun goes down. It’s a lot of practical stuff, nothing too fancy or complicated to explain. Just a local man doing his job in Guntur every day.
