Utsav Event Management

We’ve set up shop at 6/13B in Brodipet, right across from the Kakiyat Towers here in Guntur. Utsav Event Management is basically us helping people put together their celebrations. It’s a lot of work that people don’t usually see, like talking to tent vendors or making sure the flowers arrive on time. Our office is often a mess of floor plans and phone numbers written on scraps of paper. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just listen to what someone wants for their wedding or party and try to make it happen within their budget. Guntur can get pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time worrying about outdoor setups and making sure there’s enough shade. We’ve had our fair share of mishaps, like a truck getting stuck or a sudden rainstorm, but we always find a way to fix it. It’s just how this business is. You have to be ready for anything. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of us who know the local vendors well. We like being part of the events we organize. It’s a good feeling when everything finally comes together after weeks of planning. If you see us running around Brodipet with clipboards, you’ll know we’ve got a big day coming up. We just keep moving forward.
