Being in Kollipara Mandal, we are surrounded by farms and people who have been working the land for generations. Our company is just a way for us to come together and handle the business side of things. When the school is in session, you can hear the kids, and it reminds us why we are doing this for the future of the village. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around a desk, looking at lists of seeds and fertilizers. The farming life in Guntur district is never easy. There is always a problem with the pests or the rain or the transport. We started this because we thought we could do better if we worked as one group instead of a hundred separate ones.
