Sugene Greens Private Limited

We are located in Rain Tree Park, which is in Nambur. If you come to the Teak Block and go up to the second floor, you’ll find us at Flat No.0216. It’s a bit unusual for a company like Sugene Greens to be in a residential complex, but it works for us. Guntur is just a short trip away. Most of our work involves a lot of phone calls and coordinating between different people. Since we are in an apartment, it’s quiet enough to get things done without too much distraction. We use one of the rooms as an office and another for keeping our records. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but that doesn't happen too often. Pedakakani Mandal is a nice area, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers because of the security at the gate, which is fine by us. It lets us focus on the logistics side of things. We spend our afternoons looking at spreadsheets and making sure our greens are being handled properly elsewhere. It’s not a huge setup. Just a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things organized, even if the space is a bit small. It’s just how we decided to start out.
