Raadha Foods

Raadha Foods is located over at 69-8-15 in Akunuru. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working together to get the food ready. Most of our mornings are spent in the kitchen area, making sure everything is cleaned up before we start the day's tasks. Akunuru is a quiet place for the most part, which suits us just fine. We don't have any big corporate goals or things like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we put out is decent and fills people up. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move the tables around. It is just part of living here. We handle a lot of different grains and ingredients every day. It gets hot near the stoves, especially in the middle of the day when the sun is right overhead. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, the counter usually ends up a bit cluttered with papers and jars. People from the nearby houses often drop by to see what we are making. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth is usually enough around these parts. It’s a basic life, but we like the work. There is always a pot of something bubbling on the back burner. We just do our best with what we have on hand.
