Pendyala Dilip

My name is Pendyala Dilip and I run my operations from Guntur. My office is in the 522002 area, which is a pretty normal part of town. I don’t have a big team or a fancy building with a lot of glass. It’s just a straightforward office where I spend most of my time during the week. Guntur is a place where you get used to the heat and the dust, and my office is just like any other place around here. I have some storage for my files and a few desks for when I have help. I’ve been doing this work for quite a while, so I have a steady routine. I usually start my day by checking what needs to be finished from the day before. There’s no corporate feel here. We just talk like normal people and do the tasks that are in front of us. Sometimes we take a break for tea and talk about what’s happening in the city. I don’t have a budget for marketing or big advertisements. People who need me usually know where I am or ask someone else in the area. My desk is often covered in notes and folders, but I know where everything is. It’s just a standard, everyday business where we try to be useful. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up and do the work as it comes. That's the way it's always been.
