Orchidoverseas Pvt Lyd is on the first floor of Sivraj Arcade. That’s at 7/1 in Arundelpet. The building is right in the thick of things. It’s an easy place to get to once you know where Arundelpet is. We handle a lot of export and import work from this office. It’s mostly computers, phones, and a lot of filing cabinets. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit crowded during peak hours. We’ve been in this arcade for a while now. The office isn't very large, but we’ve organized it so everything has a place. It gets a bit noisy with the street sounds coming through the windows. We don't mind it much. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and talking to people overseas. Sometimes the time zones make for long days, but we manage. We aren’t big on fancy office furniture or decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. The local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s a small team, so we all know what’s going on with every project. We don't have big meetings; we just talk across the desks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the details right because that’s what matters in this line of work. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but good life here. We usually head out once the last email is sent for the night.
