NSP Hotels and Resorts is based in Flat 205 at Vasantha Residency. We are right next to the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Colony in Mangalagiri. It’s a growing area, and things are changing fast around here. Guntur is a busy place, and Mangalagiri is right in the middle of a lot of it. We use the apartment to run the business side of things. It’s not a big fancy office with a view. It’s just a place where we have our desks and a couple of computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The residency is a quiet place most of the time, which is good for getting work done. We aren't some massive company with a board of directors. It’s just a small group of us. We have to handle everything from cleaning to accounting ourselves. Sometimes it’s exhausting, but we like being our own bosses. The 522502 area has become very popular lately. There’s a lot of construction going on. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we have to do. We don't have any slogans or big promises. We just try to be honest and do a decent day’s work.
