Neoframe Architecture & Planning Consultancy is tucked away at Door No 376, Lane No 5, in Brindavan Gardens, Guntur. We are quite close to the Sri Chaitanya MLT Campus, which is a well-known spot in this part of the city. Our office is where we do all our planning and consultancy work. Brindavan Gardens is a nice area, and being on Lane 5 keeps us a bit away from the main road noise. The office itself is full of paper, books on planning, and computers where we do our drafting. We started this consultancy to help people figure out the best way to use their land and design their buildings. It’s mostly us sitting around a table discussing layouts or looking at planning regulations for Guntur. We aren’t a huge team, just a few of us who know our way around a blueprint. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who have questions about their construction projects. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense. Sometimes we have students from the nearby campus stop by to see what real architectural work looks like. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the work done. It’s a steady pace of work here in Brindavan Gardens, and we like being located in such a green part of town. We've seen a lot of changes in Brindavan Gardens over the years, with new shops and houses popping up. It's interesting to see how the city grows. We just keep doing our thing at Door No 376, looking over the local planning rules and helping people get their paperwork ready.
