Lalit Mohan Spices

Lalit Mohan Spices is located at 98-7-25 in Sri Ram Nagar, right in the Nagarampalem area. It’s a standard sort of place, nothing that would stand out if you were just driving by. We spend a lot of our time inside the warehouse area, where the air is always full of that sharp, spicy smell that stays with you all day. The floor is concrete and can get quite cold in the early mornings. We have a few old desks where we do the paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet moving things around. The inventory changes depending on what’s available and what people are asking for that month. Sometimes the supply is short, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to track things down. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from unloading trucks to sweeping the floor. It’s not a very quiet job, especially when the grinders are running in the back. We just try to keep things simple and do our work without making a big deal out of it. The neighbors in Sri Ram Nagar are used to us being here and the occasional noise we make. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to get the orders filled and keep the business running for another year.
