You can find us near Venkateshwara Swamy Associates over in the 4th Lane of Arundalpet. It’s a residential-looking area mostly, so it’s usually pretty quiet around our office. We handle a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a very big operation, just a couple of us working at our desks most of the day. The building is a bit older, so the stairs are a little steep. We have a lot of files piled up because we haven't gone fully digital yet. It feels more reliable to have the physical copies right there in the drawer. People usually call before they come over, which helps us stay prepared. We don't have any fancy waiting room or coffee machine. Just a few chairs and a table with some old newspapers. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just open the windows and keep working with the breeze. It's a very straightforward business. We help with what we can and tell people if we can't. There’s a small tea stall just down the lane where we usually go for breaks. It’s been our routine for years now. We know most of the people who live on this street. It feels like a small community here even though the city is growing so fast around us and things keep changing every single day.
