Jaya-Soymilk

Down here in Repalle, things move a little slower than in the big cities, and that is how we like it at Jaya-Soymilk. We are located on Kothamasuvarisreet, which can be a bit of a mouthful if you aren't from around here. Our work starts really early in the morning when most people are still asleep because that is when you have to get the milk ready. Dealing with soy isn't always easy; it takes a lot of soaking and grinding and making sure everything is clean. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we do our work. We have been serving the local community for a long time, and most of our customers are people we have known for years. They come by, pick up what they need, and we chat for a minute before they go. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. It’s just us making soymilk and selling it to whoever wants it. The street is usually quiet, except for the occasional bike or cart going past. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we expected, and sometimes we have a bit too much left over, but that is just how it goes when you’re small. We aren't looking to expand into a giant corporation. We just want to keep making good soymilk for the people in Repalle who like it and supporting the families that work here with us.
