We started It Recruiter right here in Dwaraka Nagar. The office is at Kmanichandra, C/O Kurra Sambrajyam, number 5-306 in Mangalagiri. It’s a busy spot in Guntur district. Mostly we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who need jobs in tech. It isn't a fancy setup. We just try to get the right people into the right seats. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones don't stop ringing, but that's how it goes when you're working with people. We've been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a while now. People know where to find us. Usually, it's just about making sure the companies get someone who actually knows how to code or manage a project. We handle the local stuff and some out-of-town things too. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where the work gets done. If someone is looking for a role, they come by or send their details over. We look at what they can do and see if it fits. It’s straightforward work, really. No need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just keep at it every day from this office. It’s what we do. The Guntur area has a lot of talent, so we stay busy enough. There is always someone looking for a new start. We just try to help them find it without making a big fuss about the whole process.
