It's a local neighborhood, not some big high-rise office park. Being part of the Aditya Birla Group here means we are tucked away in a place that feels more like a community than a business hub. The streets around us are usually lively. We have neighbors who’ve lived here for decades. It's quite hot during the summer months in Guntur, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and the water is cold. We don't have a giant lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s a pretty basic setup where the work actually happens. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to find us because the numbering around here can be tricky for newcomers. We’re used to it, though. We spend our days handling whatever comes across our desks. There’s a lot of paperwork and local coordination. It’s not flashy at all. We just focus on what needs to be finished before the day ends. Most of the folks working here are from nearby areas, so we speak the same language and know the local news. It’s a steady kind of life. We show up, do the work, and head home when it’s dark. It's just a normal workplace in a normal town.
