We chose this spot because it is convenient for everyone on the team. It is a bit of a mix of a residential and commercial vibe around here. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a group of people who know their way around technology and wanted to start something here. The office is comfortable enough, nothing too extravagant, just a place where we can focus. We don't have any big, fancy mission statements or things like that written on the walls. We mostly just talk about the projects we have going on and how to solve whatever problems pop up during the day. It’s a very practical environment. Most of us have lived in Andhra Pradesh for a long time, so we are used to the local way of doing things. We just try to keep things simple, work hard, and make sure we are doing a decent job.
