Ignitive Labz Technologies Private Limited is situated in a place called Revendrapadu in Guntur. Our office is at H.No 6-73. It’s a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main city, but we like being a little further out. It’s a quiet village atmosphere, which actually helps when you’re trying to concentrate on difficult work. The building is just a normal house that we converted into an office space. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside to show who we are. Most of the people around here just know us as the guys who work on computers. We have a small team, and we mostly keep to ourselves. The day starts with a few of us arriving and getting the systems booted up. We don't have a strict schedule; we just make sure the work gets done before we head home. Sometimes we sit outside for breaks when the weather isn't too hot and humid. Guntur is a warm place, so we appreciate the shade from the trees. We don't use any fancy management techniques or software to track every minute. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. It’s a bit informal, but it works for a small setup like ours. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide decent tech services from our small spot.
