Harisuneetha Farmer Producer Company Limited is based right in Parecherla Village, which is part of the Medikonduru Mandalam area in Guntur. If you know the area, you know it is all about the land and what we can get out of it. We started this group because it made sense for us farmers to work together instead of trying to do everything alone. It is a lot of work, and some days are better than others. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting up to talk about the latest crops. We do not have a polished office or anything, just a place where we meet to get things done. Being in Guntur means we see a lot of different seasons and challenges. Sometimes the pests are bad, or the water is low, but we try to help each other through those times. We handle the business side of things so the farmers can focus more on the actual growing. It is a very hands-on job, and we usually have dirt on our boots. We are not trying to be a huge company; we just want to make sure the people in Medikonduru have a fair chance to sell what they grow. It is a simple way of living, but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We like the way things are going, even if it is slow some weeks.
