Avent Softech Private Limited is on the first floor at D.No 3-224/15 in Ganapathi Nagar. Atmakuru, Mangalagiri, Guntur. 522503 area. Converted space for team and equipment. Not a tech park. Regular building, regular street. Desks pushed together, small lunch area. Steep stairs, used to it. Software and different tech jobs. Busy but try not to be stressful. No fancy meetings or slides. Talk across room for solutions. Neighborhood is okay, snacks nearby. Not pretending to be giant. Local tech workers, putting in hours. Dusty due to road work, clean up and keep going. Down-to-earth place. We have a couple of fans that rattle when they are on high, but they keep us cool. There is no receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. We don't have a company car or any of those perks. We just have our computers and our skills. Most of us have been working together since college, so we know how to deal with each other's moods. It's a very honest way to spend the day. We don't have big posters with motivational quotes on the walls, just some old calendars and a map of the city. It's just a place to work and we try to do a solid job every day. The coffee is usually strong and the conversations are mostly about whatever project we are currently stuck on.
