Aunty Pickles Private Limited

Our place, Aunty Pickles Private Limited, is right by the elementary school in Velagapudi. You can find us at 2-23 in the Thullur Mandal area of Guntur. Being so close to the school means it's always noisy with kids running around in the afternoons. We spend our days mostly cutting vegetables and mixing them with oil and salt. Pickling takes time, and we don't like to rush it. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do because working with oil and spices can get messy real quick. We aren’t some big factory with machines doing everything. Most of it is done by hand, the way we’ve always seen it done at home. The jars sit on the shelves waiting for the flavors to settle in. It’s a simple setup we have here. People from the village often stop by to see what we’re making today. The smell of mangoes or lemons being cured usually fills the whole street. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just write down the orders and get them sent out when they’re ready. It’s hard work on the hands, but it’s what we know how to do. If you’re ever near the school in Velagapudi, you’ll likely see us out back prepping the next batch of jars for the season. It’s just a quiet life making pickles for people.
