Andhra Go-Pushti Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of a spot near the Govt Vetnery Hospital at 1-1. Being right by the animal husbandry office is helpful since a lot of what we do involves livestock and keeping them healthy. We focus a lot on the "Pushti" side of things, making sure the animals get the right nutrition. It’s a lot of work involving feed and managing the animals day in and day out. The smell of the farm is something you just get used to. It’s not a desk job. We are often out back or visiting members to check on their herds. The hospital being close means we see the local vets often and chat about what’s going on with the health of the cattle in the area. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who care about how the animals are doing. The paperwork happens at a small table near the entrance. It’s often cluttered with reports and feed samples. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to make sure the farming around here stays sustainable for the families involved. It’s a practical life, centered around the needs of the animals and the cycles of the seasons. Sometimes it's exhausting, but seeing the animals thrive makes it feel okay. We stay busy every single day from sunrise to sunset. There is always a fence to fix or a bag to move.
