Amma Food Products

Amma Food Products is based out in Karampudi Village. We’re located near Macherla Road, right opposite the Karkekeva School. It’s a lively spot because of the school; you can hear the kids playing and shouting during their breaks. The road can get a bit dusty when the tractors go past, but that’s just life in the village. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve used for a long time. Inside, we have our setup for preparing and packing. It’s not an industrial factory, just a local place where we do things by hand mostly. We have a few big tables and some stoves. The air usually smells like whatever we’re making that day. We start very early, often before the sun is fully up, to get a head start on the heat. There’s a small group of us here, mostly neighbors from Karampudi. We talk while we work to make the time go faster. We don't have a fancy marketing department. We just put our products in bags and get them ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench during our break and watch the traffic on Macherla Road. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here. We don't try to be anything we’re not. At Amma Food Products, we just focus on making things the way we know how and keeping the business going for our families and neighbors.
