A L Ajaib Restaurant is sitting right on Amaravathi Road in Brodipet. We’ve been serving food here for a good while. The kitchen is always hot and there’s usually a lot of noise from the pots and pans. It’s a local place where people just come to eat and go. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy lighting. We just have tables and chairs that work. The menu has the usual stuff people around here like to eat. Some days are really packed, especially during lunch hours when the office crowd from Brodipet comes in. Other times, it’s just a few regulars sitting and chatting over their meals. Amaravathi Road is always loud with traffic, so that’s the background music we have. We buy our vegetables and meat fresh from the local market every morning. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish before the day is over, which can be annoying for customers, but we try to manage. The staff has been with us for a bit, so they know how things run. It’s not a five-star place, just a simple spot for a decent meal. We’re usually here from morning until late at night. Cleaning up takes a lot of time after we close the doors. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the community fed. We just try to keep the food tasting like it always has for the regulars.
