Our business is called Yes and we are based at No 1 Onisha Road. It’s a simple name for a simple operation. We didn't want anything too complicated that people would forget. The location is pretty easy to find since we are right there at the start of the road. The building is an older one, and it has its quirks. The windows rattle when the big trucks go by, and the front door sticks if it’s been raining too much. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk and says hello. We handle whatever comes our way. Some days it’s quiet and we spend the time cleaning up or organizing the back room. Other days, it’s a total mess and we are running around trying to keep up. We don't use those corporate phrases or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small group of people working out of an office on Onisha Road. We have a small kettle for tea and some old biscuit tins. It’s a very basic setup. We like it because it’s easy to manage and we don't have to answer to a big board of directors. We just do what needs to be done every day and then we lock up. It works for us.
