You can find Vidur Convent School in Ward Number 12, over in Arone. It’s in the Guna district. We aren't a massive institution with thousands of people. We’re more of a local neighborhood school. The building is right there in the heart of the community. We see the same faces every morning when the kids walk in. Most of the teachers live nearby, so it feels very much like a family. We focus on the basic subjects and try to make sure everyone understands what’s on the chalkboard. There isn't any fancy equipment, just good old-fashioned teaching. The kids run around in the small open area during recess. It gets quite lively then. We have meetings with parents in the small office near the entrance. It’s all very direct and honest. We don’t put on airs or try to sound like a big city school. Guna is a humble place, and we reflect that. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or a leaky roof when it rains hard, but we just get on with it. It’s a place for the local children to get their education without having to travel too far. We’ve been a part of Arone for years. It’s just a normal school doing normal things for the kids around here.
