The Jack N Jill Middle School

Our middle school is situated in Guna. We handle students who are in those middle years of their education. The building is a simple structure on a regular street. If you walk through the doors, you will see classrooms on both sides of the corridor. We have been operating here for a good while. The teachers are people from the town who have a lot of experience with children of this age. We have a small area out front where the kids gather before the morning bell rings. Life at the school is pretty predictable. We follow the lessons, have a break for lunch, and then finish up in the afternoon. The desks and chairs have seen some use over the years, but they are still sturdy. We have a notice board near the entrance where we pin up all the important information about holidays and exams. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the water supply, but we get it fixed. It’s a local school where neighbors see each other every day. We don't try to be anything fancy. We just provide a place for kids to study and spend their day. Parents often stop by to talk to the teachers about how their children are doing. It is an informal atmosphere. Everyone just does their part to keep the school running day after day. We have a small room we use as a library with a few shelves of old books. The students can borrow them for a week at a time. The playground is just a patch of dirt.
