L&T Construction

Our current setup is right at Mandi Chauraha in Kumbhraj, very close to the Bank of India. It is a busy little spot because the bank brings in a lot of people from the surrounding villages. We are here as part of a construction project, so our office is more of a temporary hub than a permanent building. It is mostly made of cabins and some storage sheds for the equipment. You will see a lot of yellow helmets and high-visibility vests lying around on the benches. At L&T Construction, we are focusing on the local infrastructure work right now, so there is always a lot of mud and gravel around the entrance. The office inside is cramped with desks, maps of the local area, and a lot of schedules pinned to the walls. We have a lot of workers coming in to check their shifts or pick up tools. It gets very dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. Being near the Mandi means there is always noise from the tractors and the market nearby. We have our lunch at the small dhabas around the Chauraha because the food is decent and cheap. It is a fast-paced environment and we are usually working late to keep the project on track. People in Kumbhraj usually know us as the guys working near the bank. It is just a regular site office doing what needs to be done.
