At M L Agrwal Construction, we spend most of our time out on sites around Arone. Our main office is located in Shiv Colony on Cant Road, which is quite easy to find since it's right near the New Collectorate Office. It is a busy spot these days with all the new buildings going up. We started out small, just doing minor repairs and small house extensions for people we knew. Now we handle bigger construction projects, but we still operate like a small family team. You can usually find one of us at the office sorting out paperwork or talking to suppliers about cement and steel prices. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, especially with the weather changes we get here. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just build things. People come to us because they saw a house we finished down the road or because their uncle told them we do decent work. We’ve been at this for years now. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the blueprints and meet with clients to discuss their plans. We prefer being out in the dust and heat anyway.
