Shristi Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House No - 15 in the village of Orbenga. This is in the Chapatoli area, near Tapkara in the Palkot block of Gumla. We are right in the heart of Jharkhand. It’s a small farmer-run company. We don't have any fancy signs or a big office. It’s just a room in the village where we do our business. Most of us are farmers who have been around here our whole lives. We started this because we wanted a way to work together on our agriculture stuff. It isn't a corporate thing at all. It’s just us, the local people from Orbenga and Chapatoli. We meet up at the house to talk about seeds, rain, and where to sell what we grow. It’s honest work, and it’s often quite hard. The roads around here can be a bit of a challenge, especially when it rains, but we get by. We don't use any of that marketing talk because we don't need it. People know us by our work and our names. We are just trying to make sure the farming stays sustainable for everyone in the area. It’s a very grounded way of living. We just focus on the soil and the crops and try to help each other out whenever we can. That’s what we do here in Gumla, keeping it real and simple.
