You can find Hopegrow India Private Limited at 55, Ground Floor, on Neterhat Road in Nawadih. It’s a small office in the Adar area of Ghaghra, Gumla. We are right on the ground floor which makes it easy for people to drop by without having to climb any stairs. We focus on agricultural growth and helping out the local farming community in this part of Jharkhand. The Neterhat Road is usually busy with people traveling back and forth. Our space is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we do our paperwork. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting the fields and seeing how things are going on the ground. Gumla is a beautiful area but the farming can be tough if you don't have the right support. We try to be that support for the people around here. It’s not about making a huge profit for us; it’s more about making sure the farms are actually producing something useful. We deal with all sorts of people, from small family farmers to bigger operations. Every day brings a different challenge, like a machine breaking down or a sudden change in the weather. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a modest operation, but we are proud of the work we do in Nawadih and the relationships we have built with the neighbors.
