Our Ivrcl office in Gulbarga is situated at Plot No 62 and 63 1/2 in Shakti Nagar. We are right behind the Central Bus Stand, which makes it very convenient for people coming in from out of town. The pin code here is 585103. It’s a busy area because of the bus stand, so there’s always a bit of a buzz outside. The office is a simple building, nothing too modern. We have enough space for our team and all the equipment we need to store. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won’t find many people in suits here. We are mostly focused on the technical side of our projects. Sometimes the noise from the buses can be a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our daily snacks. The workspace inside is a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with marketing materials or trying to look bigger than we are. We’re just a local branch doing our bit for the company. It’s about getting the jobs done right and staying on track. We appreciate the straightforward nature of working in Gulbarga. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, and we fit right in with the local community here.
