Youngman India Pvt Ltd is located at D2 in Udhyog Kendra Ext. 1, which is part of the Ecotech III area in Greater Noida. It’s a bit out of the way, but we need the space for all the ladders and work platforms we keep in stock. The building is more like a large warehouse than a traditional office. We spend a lot of our time moving towers and steps around to get them ready for shipping. It’s a physical job and the environment reflects that. We don't have any polished floors or expensive art on the walls. Mostly, it’s just concrete floors and metal shelving. The office section is small and mostly used for handling orders and talking to clients on the phone. Greater Noida is an area that is still growing, so there’s a lot of construction happening all around us. We don't use fancy slogans to sell our stuff. People buy from us because they need a reliable way to reach high places safely. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a while and they know every part we have in stock. The summers can be very hot in the warehouse, but we just keep the big doors open for a bit of air. It’s a straightforward, hardworking atmosphere. We focus on the equipment and making sure the orders are correct before they head out the door. We try to keep things organized but with so many ladders it gets messy.
