You’ll find us at D2 in Udyog Kendra Ext.-1, which is part of Ecotech 3. It’s out in the newer part of Greater Noida, where everything is spread out and the roads are wide. Youngman India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and the facility is pretty large compared to some of the cramped shops in the city center. We have a lot of metal components and finished products stacked up in the warehouse area. It’s a lot of walking back and forth throughout the day. The area is still developing, so sometimes it feels a bit isolated, but that also means it’s quieter than the older industrial zones. We spend our time checking the inventory of the ladders and towers we handle. It’s not very exciting work, but it has to be done right. The staff mostly comes in from the nearby residential colonies, and we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, it’s just a matter of checking the lists and making sure the loading docks are clear for the next truck. The wind blows quite hard across these open spaces in the winter, making the warehouse a bit chilly. We just pull our jackets tighter and keep moving. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as possible without making a big deal out of it. We like the space we have here; it gives us room to breathe and work.
