We’re based over at B-8 Site- C in the Surajpur Industrial Area, which falls under District Gaotam Nagar. It’s a busy industrial hub where everyone is pretty much doing their own thing. Meenakshi Associates is just one of the many businesses operating out of these large blocks. Our space is functional and mostly focused on getting things out the door. We don't have a lot of frills here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we’re like a small family in a way. We know how the machines sound and when the local food delivery guy is going to show up. The area itself is quite vast, so we usually just stay around our block during the day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the shift. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk plainly and handle the tasks as they come. If someone visits, they’ll find us in the middle of a mess of papers or boxes, which is exactly how a real business looks. We just keep plugging away, day after day, making sure we stay on top of the schedule. The commute can be a bit long, but we’ve made a decent life here.
