Radiant Group Of Companies

We are Radiant Group of Companies, and our main spot is at D- 3 A Udyog Kendra Phase- 1. It’s an industrial layout, so you’ll see lots of other businesses and warehouses around us. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen Phase- 1 change as more companies moved in. Our building is a simple one. It’s got enough room for our equipment and a small corner for the office staff. We aren't the type to have meetings that last all day for no reason. We prefer to just get on with the tasks at hand. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day, with deliveries arriving and stuff being moved out. It can get a bit hectic, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to start the week. We have a small team, and we all know what needs to be done without being told too much. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR person. What you see is what you get. It’s just a bunch of us working at Udyog Kendra, trying to keep everything running smooth. We value being consistent and just showing up every day. It’s a decent place to work and we’re glad to be part of the local industry here. We just take it one day at a time and see what happens tomorrow.
